Your Service Plan Questions Answered
We want you to feel completely confident in choosing the right service plan. Here are answers to the questions we're asked most often. If you can't find what you're looking for, our friendly team is always happy to help.
Our annual service includes a full system health check, inspection of all key components, pressure and performance testing, filter cleaning or replacement where needed, and a detailed report on your system's condition. We'll also provide expert advice on optimising efficiency and flag any potential issues before they become problems. All work is carried out by our authorised engineers who specialise in your specific brand and model.
If your system is still under manufacturer warranty and running well, our Core Plan provides excellent value with annual servicing to maintain peak performance. The Plus Plan is our most popular choice for homeowners who want breakdown protection and free technical support – perfect once your manufacturer warranty expires. Our Extra Plan offers maximum value if you want cover with significant discounts on any additional work throughout the year.
We provide service across Scotland, divided into three pricing areas. Area 1 covers central Scotland including Perthshire, Fife, Dundee, parts of Edinburgh, Falkirk, and surrounding regions. Area 2 extends to wider Glasgow, Paisley, Aberdeen, and outer areas. Area 3 covers more remote locations with Core Plan only available. Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time – we'll simply adjust your payments to reflect the new cover level. If you want to downgrade or cancel, we require 30 days' notice, and any changes will take effect at your next renewal date. We're flexible and understand that your needs may change over time.
With our Plus Plan, you get two breakdown call-outs included per year. If you need additional call-outs, you'll pay our standard rates – £150 in Area 1 or £180 in Area 2. However, if you're on our Extra Plan, you'll automatically receive 20% off all additional call-outs, parts, and labour, which can result in significant savings over the year.
